The reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. The
balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Payment is by
cash, check, or bank wire transfer.
We can accept Credit Cards and PayPal with a 4% Merchant Fee.
Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival receive a 70% refund of any deposit.
Cancellations 60 days or less are only refundable if the
unit can be rented.
Pets are not allowed on any of our properties |
