| Rates are in US dollars and include all
taxes and maid service 2 times per week.
The reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. The
balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is by
check, cash or wire transfer. Cancellations up to 60 days
prior to arrival receive a 70% refund of any moneys paid.
Cancellations 60 days or less are only refundable if the
unit is re-rented.
