Each Caribbean Sol menu reflects the abundance of fresh seafood,
choice meats, local fruits and vegetables, the changing of
the seasons and the inspirations of the Chefs! Recipes are
finalized hours before the meal with only the freshest ingredients
available.
We can cook, serve buffet and clean up. We can handle special
diets, special requests, and we're great with kids. Let us
