The first Guestroom has a twinbed with separate bathroom with a shower.
The second guestroom is a smaller bedroom with a double sofa bed and built in shower and
toilet. It is accessible from the kitchen.

The reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. The balance
is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check, cash or
wire transfer. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival
receive a 70% refund of any moneys paid. Cancellations 60 days
or less are only refundable if the unit is re-rented.
