The reservation deposit is 50% due within 10 days. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is by check, cash, wire transfer or credit cards. Credit card payments have a 4% surcharge.
Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival receive a 70% refund of any moneys paid. Cancellations 60 days or less are only refundable if the unit can be rented.
